I currently offer full day workshops at Unique Cottage Studios near Spalding in South Lincolnshire, it's a converted arts facility with resident artists studios, a large workshop and a high quality cafe serving freshly made food. Occasionally i offer workshops in other venues - all news will be posted here or on my facebook page : box of frogs mosaics. Workshops are suitable for accompanied children age 12 upwards and adults of all ages.
The number of participants is limited to ensure that everyone receives as much help as they need. The time should be sufficient to complete a mosaic approximately A4 size.
Most students start by using the direct method onto a board or slate, so come prepared with some ideas, a drawing, photo or any special materials you’d like to use. All other materials including a wide range of tiles and china will be provided. Grout and instructions are supplied for you to take away and complete your work.
Day courses cost £48.00 and include light refreshments, please bring a packed lunch or order from the cafe on the day.
